Return and Refund Policy
Non-defective returns
Non-defective QHR1 hardware is eligible for return only when it remains unopened, unpowered, unused, complete, and in its original condition and packaging. Once opened, powered, or used, non-defective hardware is not returnable.
SDK and consulting services
The SDK tool and guide are non-refundable after delivery. Integration consulting is non-refundable once the service has commenced.
Defective or incorrect items
Contact PetaRay promptly if an item is defective, damaged during delivery, or incorrect. After confirmation, PetaRay will arrange the appropriate remedy and pay reasonable return shipping costs. This policy does not limit rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Return shipping
PetaRay pays return shipping for confirmed defects or incorrect items. For approved non-defective returns, the buyer pays return shipping and is responsible for secure delivery to PetaRay.
How to request a return or exchange
- Email contact@petaray.com with the order number, buyer name, reason, and relevant photos.
- Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions before sending anything.
