Product and price

QHR1 is light field headset hardware supplied as a prototype together with an SDK tool and guide and integration consulting. The price is NT$473,175 per package (Amount is approximately equivalent to USD15,000, and remains subject to the exchange rate at the time.) Worldwide shipping, duties, and taxes are included. Charges imposed separately by a card issuer or network are not included.

Orders and payment

Submitting the checkout form sends an order request to PetaRay. When Hua Nan Bank integration is active, payment will continue on the bank's hosted payment page. Until then, no online payment is collected and PetaRay will contact the buyer to confirm payment, delivery timing, and other arrangements. All orders are subject to acceptance by PetaRay.

Delivery

PetaRay will contact the buyer after ordering to confirm delivery timing and international delivery arrangements. The buyer must provide accurate delivery and contact information.

Prototype and warranty notice

QHR1 is prototype hardware intended for evaluation and integration. No additional commercial warranty is provided. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Returns

The Return and Refund Policy forms part of these terms. SDK delivery and commenced consulting services are non-refundable.
